The building is designed as a simple cubic volume with minimalist architectural expression. Towards 22nd Oktober Street, the volume of the building fits into the existing street front and forms a harmonious whole with it. The facade of the building, up to and including the fifth floor, is designed in a unique vertical plane, completely without facade overhangs. Two levels above the fifth floor are pulled into the same plane. These two levels were designed with care, to ensure that the volume of the detached floors does not jeopardize the prominent views and street features of the ambient whole. Towards the backyard, the building was designed with a cascade of facade planes, starting from the fifth floor upwards, to achieve the minimum distance of the building from the back border of the plot.
