It is a single-volume, corner building, built-in on both sides. The street facades are characterized by angular jut windows overlooking the piazzetta that stand out against the basic volume of the building, not only by their protruding form but also by distinguished materials. A special characteristic of the apartments is the living room corner completely made of two glass surfaces of full floor height that open toward the spacious terrace.
