The building is designed as a cubic volume with minimalistic architectural expression. The facade facing Požeška Street is defined by the creation of a geometric pattern by alternating horizontal shearing of the frames that connect the windows and loggias into units. In order to emphasize the difference between business and residential purposes, the facade of the ground floor and the first floor, which are designated for business purposes, is connected in a continuous glass surface. Towards the courtyard, due to the distance from the neighbors, the building was designed with the withdrawal of the sixth and the last floor. Additionally, the difference in design between residential and commercial purposes is achieved by the rhythm and dynamics of the openings on the facade.
