According to the typology, it is a corner building, built-in on one side, and constitutes a part of an unbroken building row towards Dimitrija Tucovića Street. Special attention during the design phase was devoted to emphasizing the corner of the building, which was achieved using two intersecting volumes. The volume towards Dimitrija Tucovića Street follows the regulation and street sequence, while the volume towards Marko Oreškovića Street recedes from Dimitrija Tucovića Street, rises above ground, and emphasizes the corner by inverting it and incorporating corner openings.
