The building is walled on one side, and positioned in a manner that allows it to access two parallel streets. To achieve a more attractive and functional office space on the ground floor, a pedestrian passage connecting these two streets was formed on the ground floor. Considering that the connected streets are of different characters (one of them is a dead end, and the other connects Kalenic Market with King Aleksandra Boulevard), the building is designed with two completely different street facades. One is monolithic, reduced, and closed, while the other is with a lot of greenery, spacious terraces, and emphasized slab volumes that clearly define the floors.
