The building is designed so that it dominates the environment with a contemporary and recognizable architectural form. The facade facing the main road is characterized by the design resembling an apparent architectural section through the building, which implies the ambiance in the inner courtyards. Such design of the facade makes it possible to integrate with the regulation of existing buildings in the neighborhood. The design of the interior facades of the complex is characterized by a large number of terraces and planters with greenery.
