The newly designed building consists of four blocks and is conceptually designed to fit in with the three older buildings in Kneza Miloša Street No. 46-58 which are part of the ambient whole of pre-war residential architecture. For this reason, it is planned to retain, reconstruct, extend, and integrate these older buildings with the newly designed residential-commercial edifice. The new building extends along the entire plot that follows the decline of Vojvode Milenko Street, which is why some levels are partially or completely buried. Commercial facilities are planned on the ground floor and the gallery of each wing, while housing is planned on the other floors.
