The free-standing residential and business building is adapted to the sloping terrain by gradually cascading the four volumes. By dividing the building into smaller units, each of which has its entrance, the creation of an elongated monolithic building with a volume unsuitable for the environment in which it is located was avoided. Considering that the building is located on a hill, the apartments are designed with a two-sided orientation providing everyone with a view that extends over the city.
