Given that the volume of the building exceeded its neighbors, the modern and refined street facade was fragmented by the introduction of brick surfaces, in order to fit in with the proportions and heights of the cornices of the neighboring buildings. In this way, the construction heritage of the urban unit in which the intervention is being carried out was simultaneously respected and reinterpreted.
